CRG processes submitted information to answer requests, deliver resources, manage business opportunities, and process job applications.
Applicable framework
Your personal information will be processed under CRG's privacy controls and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 control A.5.34.
In Costa Rica, processing is governed by Law No. 8968, its Regulations, and PRODHAB guidance.
In Colombia, processing is governed by Law 1581 of 2012, Decrees 1377 of 2013 and 886 of 2014, and SIC guidance.
Rights and contact
You may request access, updating, correction, or deletion of your data and withdraw authorization by writing to [email protected]. CRG retains data only as long as needed for the stated purpose and legal obligations.
Transfers and security
Information may be processed by authorized CRG entities and providers in countries where CRG operates, subject to contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
